My son A1C AJ Franco turned 21 and was deployed 1 month later. Although he was excited to do the job he was trained to do, mom was not as thrilled, however, I could not be any prouder than I am right now as he is part of a team that is just awesome. He works on the Pavehawk/Blackhawk Helicopters along with the Pararescue PJ’s. If you ever heard the motto “So others may live”, well it’s not just a motto, for this team, it’s a way of life out there. It’s their job to put their life on the line to bring others back to safety. We all may think jumping out of helicopters is cool, well they think it’s cool too….SO OTHERS MAY LIVE.
