Hey Moby....I MISS YOU!!!!! You were so much a part of my morning commute. I will be so glad when you are back on the air.. God Bless You Moby You are a Great American.....Love Ya! YEAH BABY
I sure miss hearing Moby on the radio in the mornings! I used to think nothing would get me to EVER listen to Sweet Potato, but I just can't stand to listen to the station that said their most popular DJ was too country. I mean give me a break -- it is a country station, right? Please keep us posted on your whereabouts! I sure hope it is somewhere local so I can still listen! Take care and YEAH BABY! :-)
I really miss hearing you on my drive to work most every morning, and I now listen to that other country station. Good luck and please let us know when you are on the air again.

I would like to say that I truly miss you on the radio every morning. I listened to you when I was getting ready for work. My husband said he did not care for you BUT I found that he was in fact listening also and would periodically comment on something that was said on the radio. I hope you and your family are doing well - I will continue to check back to your website and find out when we will be able to hear you again. May God richly bless you in your future endeavors.
We miss you in the mornings and anxiously await your return to any station. Keep us posted so we can listen at your next station. Donna

just to let you know. i have turned my radio to other country stations since you were taken off the air. 101.5 will never be the same.
moby, you are great.Even when you were sappy, that was still why I listened2you.The morning show is not the same without you,I wish you&Deborah could return(even though Jill doesn't look half bad.I look forward2 you returning to the Atl. airwave soon?!?!?!?!?
Moby, Where and when you do finally return to the airwaves, hope it's syndicated. Was a loyal listener first in Houston, Dallas, and back in Houston the final time. Would love to be able to hear you on-air here in Branson, Missouri. Glad to know that Atlanta loves you like the other cities. By the way, you may remember me as the guy that always thought he looked like you back in Texas. Don't really do the "groupie" thing anymore - just remember you being a great friend. Thanks for all the support you gave me back then and making me feel important. But you could'nt help it then and by reading this guestbook, sounds like you have'nt changed any - you're still the same ole great guy!! ATLANTA IS BLESSED BY HAVING YOU - Maybe your "Peaches" will get to hear you do Rock-n-Roll (ha) GOD BLESS, Tim..... ps- Remember Joe Sullivan - from your Nashville days? Been working closely with him for most of 2002 and he says HI.
MR. MOBY, I'VE BEEN AWAY FROM THE RADIO FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS DUE TO ONE NOT BEING IN THE CAR I'M DRIVING TO WORK. SO IT WAS INDEED A SHOCK WHEN I WAS DRIVING MY WIFE'S CAR AND HAVEN'T HEARD YOUR VOICE IN A WEEK. WE ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS OF WHATEVER IS GOING ON. I HAVE READ YOUR LETTER ON YOUR WEB PAGE AND CAN ONLY ASSUME,( SOMETHING HAPPENED)SO MY WIFE AND I WILL PRAY FOR YOU AND MRS. MARYBETH THAT WHATEVER DECISION YALL HAVE TO MAKE THAT YOU YOU MAKE IT WITH APURE AND CLEAN HEART AND THAT YOU GET BACK TO DOING WHAT YOU DO BEST, THAT IS FILLING FOLKS HAERTS AND LIVES WITH LAUGHTER AND LOVE. PLEASE E-MAIL BACK IF YOUR ABLE AND READ PSALMS 27:14. IT MIGHT GIVE YOU SOME ENCOURAGEMENT. SINCERLY A FAITHFULL LISTENER AND I WOULD SAY FRIEND SINCE I HAVE LISTENED TO YOU FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS, KEVIN JACKSON AND FAMILY
I was devastaed to realize a while ago that you weren't on vacation but you were gone. I called the radio station and asked what happened and they told me that the radio station and you had decided to part ways. Last week when reading the paper, I was thrilled to learn your web site address and about the possibility of you being on the airwaves here in Atlanta soon. I will continue to check your site and hope to hear you on the radio very, very soon! Your faithfull listener, Lacey DeNisco Yeah Baby!!!
I was out of town and just heard what happen. Don't concern your self good people land on their feet and you are good people. I have talk to you on many mornings on topics and because of that I feel you and I have become friends.. I think I am the first black men to come out of the closet in atlanta about country music, and I have you to thank for that. I will keep looking and listen to see (or hear) where you land. your friend Leon P.S. Keep the faith my friend!
Moby we miss you.How much longer will it before the holidays? Please email me back if you can.Maybe we can hook up for a day of hunting? PS will you come to our Fallfestival at Allatoona Elementary School in Bartow County on Oct. 19? Sorry it's the opening of gun season.
I WROTE THE AJC, AND THEY NEVER PUBLISHED MY LETTER..STRANGE!!!I'VE NEVER HAD A LETTER NOT PUBLISHED. THANK GOD YOU'RE COMING BACK.I'M LOST ON MY WAY TO SCHOOL IN THE MORN..TEACHING AT LOVEJOY HIGH..MY DAYS HAVE BEEN RUINED SINCE YOU DISAPPEARED...HURRY BACK,OR "COME BACK LITTLE SHEBA" LOVE JUDY MINTER
MOBY, MORNINGS ARE NOT THE SAME NOW THAT YOU YOU'RE NOT AT 105.5. MY WIFE AND I ALWAYS STARTED OUR DAY WITH YOUR SHOW AND FOR THE MANY YEARS IT SEEMED TO MAKE FOR A PRETTY DARN GOOOD DAY. WE APPRECIATED YOUR HUMOR, YOUR JOKE SOLVING, YOUR HONESTY AND THE MANY SPECIAL SEGMENTS OF YOUR SHOW THAT, WHILE COPIED TODAY, ARE JUST NOT THE SAME. WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY WE CAN AGAIN START OUR MORNINGS WITH YOUR SHOW AND, YEAH BABY, WE WILL BE AS EXCITED AS BEFORE. SO HURRY BACK. YOUR "TONS" OF FANS ARE WAITIN!
I sure do miss you on the radio. The morning show is not the same at all. I particularly miss the Stump Moby Contest. I await anxiously to hear what station you will be working at soon. I will be a loyal listener again, as in the past. I wish you best of luck and blessings in your new endeavors.
Will you at least tell us when you can share the good news? Your fans are dying to know where you are going to be. I've heard a couple of rumors. One I hope is true and the other I hope is not true. The KICKS morning show is horrible without you. I can't believe they actually have the nerve to attempt to do Battle of the Sexes and the Pledge. You were the one who got those started. Can't they think of something original? KICKS has made so many changes lately and I don't like them. Now they've done away with "Cryin', Lovin', or Leavin'." What's next? As soon as you're on the air again, I'll become a loyal listener to whatever station it is, even if it's not country. Can't wait to hear your wonderful voice on the air. You and your family are still in my prayers. Love ya, Kelli.
Moby I use to listen to you when you were on WKKW in Morgantown WV... I was there to listen to your very last show with us. I laughed, and I cried. I know how bad I miss you, so I can imagne how much your listeners miss you... I hope you get back on the air soon... Very truley missed...
Moby, just wanted to say I miss you and I am still in shock that you are no longer at KICKS. I thought you had taken an extended vacation until about the second week you were gone and I learned you weren't coming back. I, like many others very seldom listen to KICKS now, it is so boring without you. I just can't understand why they let you go, I thought your contract had recently been renewed and you were saying how happy you were and that you were hoping to finish your career at KICKS with your radio family. Please keep us informed as to where you will be on the air again. I can't wait to hear "yeah baby" and "good morning peaches" again. You truly made my mornings. God bless.
I sure hope you will have some good news for us real soon. You will never know how very much you are missed. I have been forced to listen to steve and vicki just to stay awake in the morning at work. They are o.k. but the music is pretty bad. I need my Moby fix and I sure hope I get it soon. The only Atlanta country station's I can get are so boring I just can't listen to them anymore.I just hope the idiot that let you go is finding out how many people out there love you.I just hope to be able to hear you again, and real soon. My thought's and prayer's are with you and your family.
Moby, I am looking forward to your return to Atlanta radio, The morning drive is not the same without you. Please let us know asap where you will end up.
Come back to Houston, we still miss you
Hi, Moby. I sure have missed you. Please let me know where you will be. Thanks, Ella Mae
Hello my friend for many years - I do so miss you on the radio - it is just not the same anymore - you are right - you are my family. I remember the day I called you and talked with you about Beverly Watson and the fact we felt she may have been dumped in the woods by our house. You were such a great listener (that is your special trait), and you told me to talk with Bruce Jordan, which I did. As a result of your patience with me and understanding, I became good friends with her brother Scott and with her friends, and we combed these woods many a day, until we got the authorities out here some 5 and 1/2 months later. I have always felt that you were my personal friend all these years Moby, and I am so happy for you and Mary Beth. Good things come to those who wait right? - and I hope and pray that you will be in our lives before too long, because "We love and miss you dearly". Thanks Moby for all you have meant to us. Phyllis
HELLO MOBY, WE SURE DO MISS HEARING YOU. WE DO LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU AGAIN SOON. YOUR AUDIANCE STANDS BEHIND YOU IN FORCE FORCE,NO MATTER WHAT.LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU SOON. GARY & LOUISE
Can't wait! I've missed you!
Moby I have really missed you while you were gone. It was good to hear that you will be back soon, somewhere! I will be watching and waiting to hear a YEA BABY again. We miss you hope to hear you on the radio real soon. A Listener from Conyers
Dear Mr.Moby When you came to Chick-fil-A in Fayette County My bus 182 pulled around the building to see you only the bus driver got to go in and see you. We where disapointed that you where not able to come out and see us.And it was to bad that we where not aloud to get off of the bus and meet you. I used to listen to you on KICKS! I still listen some times but it is getting lame. you where great I really hope you are going to be on a local country station( I Love Country and you better) Alot of My Friends did not like Country but ask them if they would listen one morning when you where on and the loved it and used to listen to it all the time. MOBY YOU MADE IT GREAT! How is KICKS going to do it with out you? I bet they will lose lots of people. Well I Hope to hear you on the radio some time soon cause I miss you saying " YEAH BABY" and " GOOD MORNING PEACHIES." Well I get back on a radio Staion soon, cause everyone miss you! Ashley "YEAH BABY"

I was really sorry to see that you left your program. My family really enjoyed it, as for what is on now they could just not have one at all as far as I'm concerned it really stinks. Even if you went a litte to far sometimes it never bother me and if it did I DO have the right to change the channels. Of all the times I have listened to you I have never gotten mad. One day right after the music awards Bill Sellers(may not be spelled right) my a comment that made me so mad I wan't to mash my radio, the remark was something about the Alan Jackson song Where were you he said that there where better songs, and that we need to just get on with our lives, that was really something he should have kept his moujth shut about. I wish you a lot of luck where ever go go but I should hope it soon here and that it is in the paper so that I never have to listen to 101.5 again
You are morning radio! Well, after 9:00 AM when Morning Edition from National Public Radio is over, "You da' man!" While I've often thought you over simplified things and weighed in on issues without fully understanding them, you've always had heart and, Lord knows, we need more people with heart in public life. I've missed you and look forward to whenever you're back on the radio. Yeah Baby!
Dear Mr. Moby, Like so many others, I have been so upset since you left KICKS. You were the morning show and I haven't listened to that radio station since you left. I have always admired the way that you have shown your love and respect for our country and especially the men and women in uniform. I am really proud to say that I went to school with you in Crossville (class of 70) and finally getting to see you last year at the Chili Cookoff was wonderful. I am really looking forward to hearing you on the radio again. A friend Kay Green
I stopped listening to KICKS once you left and told them why. Felt like I lost a bright spot in my morning. Sure glad you are coming back. If you can't do country, hope you land in "classic" rock or one of the soft rock stations. 96Rock or something like that would be hard for me to listen to. I sure hope it is country though. I do miss country and I won't listen to a station owned by the same company that owns KICKS if I can help it. Enjoy your time off and get back soon. Yean, Baby!!
just wanted to see what you ve been up to lately. As you say, I'm coming back to radio soon. Hope to hear yos soon..
Hi Moby, Morning radio just isn't the same without you! I'm looking forward to hearing you real soon...God Bless You!
Moby, We met years ago at the CRS and I just wanted to wish you all the best. According to Inside Radio this week, you're about to announce your plans. Good luck wherever you end up. You're a morning guy after my own heart. What you hear is what you get. It's real life!! Take care! Dale Carter Program Director Morning Show Co-Host KFKF Kansas City
Looking forward to having such an upbeat person back on the air. Can't wait to hear where you will be! Yeah Baby!
You've announced my engagement, my rerouted honeymoon after hurricane Marilyn hit St. Thomas, and the birth or my child. You've made me feel good on days I just didn't think I could make it through. You are more than "a morning-show personality", you're a real, down to earth good man. I haven't listened to KICKS.....I've even removed it from my buttons.....No way can they replace you. God bless you.
This is my second post. I did not really tell you how much I have missed you in my other one. I always felt "at home" listening to you. I usually agreed with your rantings and ravings on various subjects, and when I didn't it still gave me a chuckle. I am sure what we have heard about you being "too southern" is not the truth as to why they let you go, and we may never get to know the truth. I think they made a bad choice and I hope the employees there are looking for other jobs because I do not see how the station can exist much longer. WHEN WHEN WHEN will we hear from you again? There is nothing to listen to on my long, early morning commute into work each morning. My husband swears you are "fake", an actor, not real or true. I do not want to believe that and I know what I felt when I listened to you. Jim Vann has true talent and I hope he lands on his feet too when all is said and done at Kicks. Let us know as soon as you can what we can expect from you! love ya Moby, YEAH BABY!
Moby, just wanted to let you know that I can't wait for you to get back on the air!! I've met you several times at the Roswell events and you are great! My daughter wore your Uncle Sam's hat at the 4th of July event this year. Anyway, just wanted you to know that you are greatly missed!! I look forward to hearing you again soon!
Dear Mr Moby, we loved your show and no longer listen to 101.5 as it's just not the same without you. We met you at one of your outside broadcasts and were thrilled that you were as genuine and friendly in real life as you are on the air. Talk about a poor judgement call - Kicks are the biggest losers out there. Good luck for the future, love to you and your lovely family from us and ours! Yeah Baby!
Hello old friend! Sorry about the current situation, but I know you'll land on your feet soon. I'm doing morning news and sales at The Bear 92.5 FM in Griffin. I'd love to see you again sometime....Good Luck...(I hope you go up against the old "home" and kick their butts! Tom Pearce
Hey Moby, It's big mike here, Santa Fe, Texas cop/DJ since 1978, you may not remember (mug shots) anyway hate to hear you're leaving Atlanta but now they now how we felt when you left the Houston area, I know they will miss you greatly as we did (do) Hope you're coming back, but whatever you choose best of luck from an old buddy DJ Mike T YEAH BABY!
AFTER FINDING YOU FROM THE AJC I JUST WANT TO KEEP UP ON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU HOPE KICKS FINDS OUT WHAT THEY HAVE GIVEN UP SOON I HAVE ENJOYED YOUR SHOW I NOT ALLWAYS AGREE WITH YOU BUT THAT IS WHAT MAKES US ALL INDIVIDUALS. I DO HOWEVER THANK YOU ARE A FINE PERSON AND HAVE A PLACE IN ATLANTA RADIO I AM SURE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY MISSING YOU IN THE MORNINGS. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON JUST HANG IN THERE
I like most other of your fans can't wait for your triumphant return. I also have turned 101.5 off, no, wait, 1015 ( forgot they dropped the point). they also missed the point when they let you go. we listened to you. i can listen to my own c.d's if i want just music. you shared your life with your listeners. you have made us all think about what is important in life. i have met you several times over the years, and i always found you to be as cordial and friendly to every one you came in contact with. I am a law enforcement officer, and have witnessed you speak at police academy graduations, candlelight vigils, and memorial services. did you have to, no, but you did. you gave back to your community, and i thank you for that. you have done alot for a great number of people, the old, the young, the sick and the needy, and i just want to say thank you. thanks for being you. And for all your good deeds i know the good lord is going to shine down on you and your family, and everything is gonna work out just fine. take care my friend.
Dearest Moby, Think of this time as getting to know yourself, as well as Mary Beth better. There are times we all need to sit and wait and take a look at what is really going on around us. Maybe this is just YOUR time. My heart goes out to you and your family. There is not a day goes by that I do not think of you. Hopeing the best will come out during this time. Just remember, you have Mary Beth, your son as well as your radio family here with you. And you know with you having a new family maybe it was time to have a new radio family. Who knows! So kept the postive side up PEACHES!
Hi Moby, I was so tickled when John and Ted called this morning with the good news. I, too, turned off 101.5 when you left, and have been scanning the radio since. There is no one out there that begins to compete with you! Where ever you end up, my radio will be locked in...what fools big wigs can be sometimes...your personality is what made the morning show...looking forward to being where you are!
Miss you big time!! You are the best.....my mornings aren't the same without you.
I was so dissappointed when you left 101.5. I, like many others e-mailed them with my comments to get a response from the program director. Not only was I upset that you had gone, but then for the comments to be made in the AJC that you were "TOO SOUTHERN". What a stupid comment from a station in the south! I also told him to take some of the blame himself and that the afternoon DJ's wern't what made the station what it is. I told him that I knew that you would come out on top! He told me that the AJC wasn't correct in their reporting and that had no play in the decision. I have not listed to 101.5 at all since you left and never intend to again. I of course ended my e-mail with a big YEAH BABY AND LONG LIVE MOBY! Can't wait to see what is coming! Good Luck!
I must admit that I have never been a big Moby fan and that even if you were to have given away a million dollars I would not have listened to your show on KICKS, however, I do believe that when you were let go that THE POWERS THAT BE made the biggest mistake of their careers. I believe that you brought more to the table than any other radio personality ever has at KICKS. It has become obvious to me that after conquering the market and "merging" KICKS and EAGLE into a country music powerhouse THE POWERS THAT BE made a decision that affected millions of listeners around the world. I wish you the best and look forward to hearing that you have become a major player in the radio market yet again.
Moby, I must first start by saying that I fully understand that all corporations must evaluate their performance daily to determine what they can do to improve the “Bottom Line”. Obviously KICKS felt that the morning show needed to change, they needed a new slogan, and they felt that they could lure listeners buying them with cash prizes. “Listen to the KICKS MORNING SHOW every weekday morning at 7:20 for the Double Play Artist Of The Day. When you hear it...be the 25th caller at 404-741-1015 and you could win up to $10,000!” SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHAT!!!!!!!!!! As with happens with many companies this decision was a massive mistake that will, and I’m sure is, costing them dearly! Their new slogan “It’s all about the music” obviously gives us some insight about the narrow-minded individual(s) that made the decisions that these changes should be made! At KICKS, especially “your” morning show, it wasn’t about the music! It was about the listener’s! Your honesty, sincerity, and patriotism are what attracted your dedicated followers, including me! The “decision makers” didn’t stop to think that if it was “All about the music” everyone would be scanning the stations regularly until they found the song they liked, regardless of the on air personalities, or plugging in the CD of their favorite artist. There is no shortage of either!! The reason stations have dedicated listener’s is because they connect with the DJ’s!! Smart exec’s would have recognized that and built on it, not pulled out the wrecking ball!!! I vote for the smart exec’s at STAR 94!! I love country music but I grew up listening to 70’s and 80’s music so I will have no problem changing my listening habits to whatever style of music your new home will play! As I said, it’s NOT all about the music!!! Can’t wait to hear you on the air again…….wherever you may be
Moby: I was the P.D. at KIKK in Houston in 1993 when we had you on the air briefly. I said it when you were on KLOL and when you were on with us at KIKK, you are one of the best air talents I have ever heard in my 30 years in the business. You need to be on the air...and I hope your next gig is one that will let you be "Moby". You've got my e-mail address if I can ever do anything for you.
I like the website already...........I'm really liking it a lot............WHY DIDJA HAVE TO LEAVE KICKS?!?!
I just wanted to say that I use to listen to you every morning. I am a teacher in Griffin, and I got a chance to see you at "Big Jim's Wing Shack" one morning before school. Anyway, I don't listen to 101.5 anymore. I go out of my way to avoid that station because you are no longer there. My husband is a firefighter/paramedic in Clayton County. He also listened to you on the mornings he was going to the fire station. He shares the same feelings as I do. Wherever you go, we will be sure to listen! YEAH BABY!
It was always great to wake up every morning and hear your cheerful voice on the alarm clock, and on the way to work. Moby I think your great just the way you are. Looking foward to hearing you soon wherever you are. Best of luck.
Dear Moby, Well all I have to say is hang in there. God is going to take care of you and all of us no matter what ups and downs are in our life. You are an idol to me. I miss you in the mornings, and was so sad when I heard that you had left KICKS 101.5. I was out of town when this happened and when I was told by my husband that something happened to you my heart just sanked. I know that the mornings are not the same for me missing my moby getting me up and getting me going each and everyday. God has a much better place for you, and our patience with him always pays off. I will keep you in my prayers and also your family and I hope that your days ahead will be bright. I know that you are a beloved Christian caring person for I heard it many times over the radio. Thanks for all the love you showed and expressed to our nation, our state, and the ones that patrol, watch over our communities. Thanks for reaching out and helping those in need, the elders, the homeless, etc. Thanks for uplifting a sadden heart, for those that might have lost a loved one, for we all know that you had your share of this through the years. Thanks Moby for touching my heart and I am looking forward hearing you real soon back on the radio. Life is great and Yeah Baby..... Cynthia
Glad to hear you are coming back on the airwaves (wherever that may be). We have missed you! Also, thank you for being involved in the Billy Jiles Benefit. I am sure it will mean alot to his family.
Well hello there, Moby. I was away all summer and missed hearing you every morning. Then I came back to town in Sept. and couldn't figure out where you went until I saw an article in the AJC yesterday. I was glad to hear you weren't sick. I'm on your side. If you knew me you wouldn't believe I listened to a country station. My daughter got me into it. It's not the same without your 'sparkling' personality and comments so I've a stopped tuning in. Good luck and Hey Baby on on your side. Genny
Moby, I hope you are doing well. Let me know if there is anything I can do. As you've always known, I'm just a phone call away. Call when you can so we get caught up on things. All my very best! Jeff
Hey Mob, Can't wait to have you back on the air, buddy. The day doesn't seem the same when it doesn't start out with the sound of your voice.
Moby,You are truly missed!! I was so excited when I read in the AJC that you may be staying in the Atlanta area. KICKS is just not the same without you. When you first came to KICKS I thought that you were the rudest, most opinionated person that I had ever heard. I would surf the stations but I always kept coming back to KICKS. It didn't take long before I figured out you were "ONE OF A KIND". You stood up for what you believed in. You always supported our armed forces and law enforcement officers. I don't like the way that KICKS left your radio family in the dark and wondering "WHERE'S MOBY"? It was sad when Debra left. The two of you made such a morning team. But with you gone 101.5 is just another statioin on the radio. Can't wait to hear your plans. I'll be tuned in!!! YEAH BABY!!!!
Moby, I read the AJC article the other day and must that I do not believe you would go back to Kicks. I believe your integrity will not let you go where you were fired. That said, I do believe that you are returning and wouldn't be surprised if you returned on your own. It is possible to find a station needing cash (Fox 97) and purchase a block of time to do your show. You could have total control over it as well as total income generated after paying for the block of time. If that is your pplan, I like it and support you. If I am totally crazy and you end up just anothoer jock on another station, I'll probably continuing listening. I like the scenerio of your having complete control. I'm either very forth-telling or I am totally crazy! Wonder which it is?
Moby, I miss you. I do want you to know that I have not listened to Kicks since you went off the air. I did send them an email telling them to remove me from their mail-list since I didn't listen anymore because I was afraid that I would listen "too country". You're always in my thoughts and in my prayers. You're very special to me and I hope to hear you on the air again soon. I don't care what station it is - I'll be listening! YEAH BABY! Linda
Glad to hear you coming back, can't wait but will have to. Have not listened to KICKS since you left. let us know where to tune and when. Good luck and you have our support.
I have stopped listening to 101.5 since the day after you left. I am looking forward to joining you again. I retired after 30 years in the army and learned loyalty was one of the greatest virtues. I was loyal to you, not to a radio station. Guess KICKS loses their listeners the old fashion way. Wm P Jones, CSM US Army, Retired
So good to see your article in the Atlanta Journal yesterday. I have truly missed you on KICKS and I do not listen regularly as I did when you were there. You made me laugh going to work and during the morning. At first I thought you were just on vacation but we talked about it in the office and was told you were no longer with KICKS. Well its their loss!!!!!!!! Looking forward to hearing your next plans.
What's going on? My wife and I have been wondering. We listened to you every morning. We are Morman and enjoyed your morman jokes (all my wife's do) just kidding I am morman but I can handle only one. Have you had a chance to do any hunting? I hope all is well and that we get you back on the air. I share the same views as you do, and I get tired of all the political correctness. I think all these college professors are brain washing our society with all these liberal views. Anyway enough on that. We hope to hear you soon.
I am glad to here u are coming back. I was sorry to hear you were leaving and Kicks has not been the same.
My husband and I moved to the Atlanta area 5 years ago and started listening to you right away. We're obviously not your typical "Southern" listener, but I wanted to let you know how much I did enjoy your show and how much you are missed. Hopefully, you won't go to a "hard rock" station!! Good luck in your "search" and hope to hear you on the air very shortly.
Gosh, Moby. My mornings just aren't the same without you! I, too, consider myself one of your family. I experienced a divorce nearly the same time as you did and have related to you on soo many other occasions. And, like yourself, I am now lucky enough to be remarried to the man of my dreams. (Although, that's woman of your dreams, in your case!) In any event, I wanted you to know that I check your website often hoping to hear when and where you will land next. Somehow I can't imagine you doing anything other than country, though I read yesterday that you did classic rock while in Texas. I occasionally switch over Fox 97 and think a third country station would be great for Atlanta. Especially since Kicks and Eagle have the current monopoly on country. Good luck as you begin this new chapter in your life -- I only hope you don't leave Atlanta. I've never written to a celebrities' web site before and I must admit I feel a bit like a groupie, but when I heard that you personally read all of your messages I just had to let you know what a fan I was. Though Jill seems like she'll work out just fine, I still miss Debra. You, her and Jim made an unbeatable and unforgettable team. Bill and Cadillac do a terrific job, as well, but my mornings aren't the same without you. Ya'll come back, ya hear??? Sign me a HUGE fan, Lynn Leach
Moby, I just heard. I was out in the field for a few weeks and could not figure out why you were no on my radio in the mornings when I came back. I do not know any details, all I know is you are gone. Mornings are not the same without you brudda, we miss you, come back to us.
Mr. Carney, I was shocked to hear of your leaving "The Mouse", but glad to see of your immenent return to the airwaves. If you don't remember me, we worked together during your syndicated days with WKKW in West Virginia. I've since gone from West Virginia to Greenville, South Carolina, to Memphis, and now to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pennsylvania. I'm a GM for 11 stations here - including a new Country launch, so if syndication is in the future, please let me know (Waner is my PD). I'd love to hear from you when time permits. Take care. Guppy
Moby...I am a 30 year Oregon station owner and GM. What an incredible treat it was to hear your show a couple years ago on a visit to Atlanta. Your "family" style of radio was not only entertaining, but also made the sprawling city of Atlanta seem much smaller and home-like. I had not heard that you have been absent from the Atlanta radio scene lately...something I can't believe. It really pleased me to read that you will be returning on-air soon. I had to find the website and send you a note from the far best. May God bless you now and in your next gig.
i have listened to you each morning for 11 years as i drove from chattanooga to atlanta and as a 69 yr old man truly app. your program and had started listening to 106.7 till i read that it was owned by the same people so now i will wait for you to return some where else by the way i am from beaumont texas and knew of you when you were in houston your in our prayers so hang in there best always
Moby, Can't wait to hear you back on the radio!!!
I am so thrilled to know you are coming back. My daughter (9) and I were just devistated when we found out you were gone. I have listened to you on Kicks since your first morning. My daughter has listened to you since she was born. Her biggest thrill was to finally make it through one morning for the wake up song. We miss you dearly and can't wait to have you back. I don't know what happened at Kicks, but we have not listened in the mornings since you left. We found 106.1 WNGC-Athens to keep us going. CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR YOU AGAIN! YEAH BABY!!!!!!
Moby, I just want to personally thank you for all you have meant to my family.I am the grandmother of "Bethany Holden" leukemia victim that you had help in making her dreams come true..meeting Lee Ann Womack.Beth died soon after that but please know you brought her happiness here on earth. My radio is virtually off now as I drive to work..I'll keep checking to see when??? I can listen again. Thanks again..You are terribly missed.
I miss you so much. I am really ticked off at Kicks right now. If they think there morning show is better since you left, then they need to get their heads out of the clouds. It SUCKS!!!! Please let us know where you are going, if it is country great, but regardless of what type of music you will be playing, I will change radio stations. I love your way of doing things Mr. Moby. Kicks can kiss my ---. Yeah Baby!!!!!!!!!!
Loved you on Kick's, hated they let you go. Would love to hear you again on the radio. The only reason I listened to Kick's was because of you.
Glad to hear you are almost back on the air...my teenager daughter got me into country music years ago...I got hooked....my every morning was spent w/Moby in the Morning getting ready for work and driving to work...after you left the air I felt as if I had lost a dear friend...too, I didn't have any new jokes to share at the office ! Looking forward to hearing you again...no matter where...I don't know what happened but some radio station shot themselves in the foot....you carry a lot of weight in Atl (not pds) and a lot of folks lost a great spokesperson.....May God guide you in the direction that you are to go and keep you in his graces.
Moby - I tried this website right after you left and it wouldn't come up so I thought we'd really lost you! When I saw the Peach Buzz entry yesterday I was thrilled! Just so you will know, I am still having a problem getting up in the morning without you there to tell me to "Get my butt out of bed" and without hearing your "Yeah Baby!" I love country music, but if you change formats, I may just have to learn to listen to whatever you go to - at least while you are on the air! I just hope your new place is in the mornings! Love ya & YEAH BABY!!!!!!
Good morning. Just wanted you to know you made "Radio & Records" today under "Street Scenes". Saw all of the comments yesterday when I signed on and read your letter this morning. The positive response is overwhelming and if you get a few negatives, that's okay. As my mother used to say, you can't appreciate the rainbow if you haven't had the rain. Smile and be happy!
Mornings just aren't the same without you! Miss you bunches! Never have I become a faithful radio listener, until your show. You told it like it was and put your heart in it...You made us laugh and made us cry...Can't wait to hear a big "yeah baby" from you again...Hugs!
I can wait for the big annoucement. I sure miss you a lot. I have not listened to Kicks 101.5 since the morning that I realized that you were really gone. My love for music hasn't changed. I just listen to my CD's in the morning now. But I sure miss your presence on the air. Thanks for making a diffference. - April Scott Cartersville, GA
My family is glad to hear you are coming back to the air!! We were so shocked and upset with your departure from KICKS! You are like a part of the family! All of my friends at work sent emails and called the station to let them know our rage! If KICKS wants less "SOUTHERN DRAW" I suggest the get out of the SOUTH!! Can't wait to hear you again!!!! YEAH BABY!
moby this is officer riley,WE ALL HOPE YOU HURRY UP AND GET BACK TO WORK,WE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT NEED U.. THANKS MARC....
I miss ya man !!! Hope the shoulder's doing better & you're enjoying the Harley. I talked to you early one morning on the phone about my shoulder rehab. I was really excited when i saw the article in Buzz. I was hoping you weren't going to leave town for another station. Just know you're in our prayers and how much I respect and admire you for standing up for what you believe in. Keep this site updated so we all know where to find you (besides at Col. Poole's in East Ellijay). David Binder aka Red Ranger Dekalb County 911
Moby, Looking forward to hearing you again and I hope it will be on Atlanta radio. Regardless, let us know where you wind up. My mornings just haven't been the same. I went to the Kicks web page after you left and tore every one I could e-mail a new one! Hurry back. Joe Deslattes
Guess you need to run for Gov or something - If you could get all these people to vote you would be a shooin - You are missed and loved, can't wait for you to be back working - you have been off long enough, breaks over, back on your head. Hope it sooner and not later that we know where to set our radios.. luv u, MB and J
I miss hearing you on my drive to work every morning. Please don't forget that we will follow you anywhere you go. Can't wait to hear your voice again. Keep us informed!!!!
Moby, I'm awaiting your return somewhere. I guess I've followed you from Houston where you were with John Mathews at 97 Rock. To hearing you and your band Mobility. To when you left us and went to Dallas for a while. Came back on KLOL in the afternoons. Then you left us again to move to Atlanta and country music. I moved to Atlanta a few years ago and there you are(were). I guess as we all get older, our tastes change. I'm not much into rock anymore, much more country. I'm sure you'll be at a station somewhere soon. Good people are hard to find and you're good people. On your website you used to have a letter about a family and a trip to Italy. The trip wound up being to Holland. My son has cerebral palsy. Maybe we thought we were going to Italy. Holland turned out to be the best place I could imagine. My son has a strength of character and a spirit that cannot be suppressed. When I grow up, I hope to be like him someday. You have shared your life with us and it seems all your listeners know you, although most have never met you. Me included. Let us know where you're going because it's always a great ride when you're around. Hope to hear your voice on the radio soon. Take care and know that their are many of us who are behind you. YEAH BABY! Warren Goodman
I think that you are the greastest DJ in the world.I have listened you since the day you came on the the air. The other station should have realized what a great lost they have without you. I miss listenen to you when I leave my house @ 5:30 every morning you made the morning show.Moby please let me know where you are going so I can be part of your family again. I know that where I work everyone will not listen to Knicks anymore because you are not there. I miss you saying GOOD MORNING PEACHES.Good luck Moby and we will all be with you wherever you go.
Have missed your morning show. Your departure was not treated right. Let everyone know where you will be. Yeah, baby!!
Luv & miss ya, bro!
I MISS YOU IN THE MORNINGS AT 101.5 AND HOPE WE HEAR REAL SOON WHERE WE CAN LISTEN TO YOU AGAIN. YEAH BABY!
Moby, You never knew it, but we went through our divorces together. I cried everytime you did. I have been very upset with the way your "departure" was handled. Your fans miss you and pray for your return to the "airways". I am no longer a listener to KICKS. Please keep us up on what your plans are Good luck and God's blessings in everything you do. Your hard work and dedication to "your people" will always be remembered. We will be watching and waiting.

You woke me up every morning and I was shocked when I found out that you were gone. Hope to hear you once again.
I miss you in the morning. I hope you get back on the air very soon!
Mornings just aren't the same without a "yeah baby!" to start the day! Glad to hear you're coming back. I was out of town for a while and came back to realize my moby in the morning was missing- with no apparent explanation. Now that I've heard it, I can't believe it. Never change who you are. I may not have always agreed with everything you said, but I respected your honesty and certainly your patriotism. Good luck with the new job.
I moved to Atlanta from Birmingham, Al two years ago and never thought that I would find someone that I loved listening to as much as I did my friends on the radio back there. I was not excited about living here at all and had to commute on 400 everyday and you were the one to get me through those morning drives. Can't wait to hear your voice again. YEAH BABY!!!!!!!
I miss you!!!!. We have never spoke, but I am a Moby In The Morning addict for several years now, and since Aug. I have been suffering from withdrawals since I can't get my morning fix...After not going to concerts in years, you were the only reason I bought tickets for the T/Keith concert then you weren't there. I was so thrilled this evening to see the article inthe buzz with your recent info that here I am sending you an E-Mail. Please keep us all informed,(I have many friends,we all miss you). Would love to receive answer if you could work it into your busy schedule. Hope to hear your voice again soon. Good Luck!!! Another loyal listener xxxoooxxxooo's YEA BABY......
