Really enjoyed hearing you again. we wish your son well. I was a Navy mom for 10 years. Our son came home with his family in Oct. He spent all of his time out of the country in Japan and Guam. It sure is great to have them home again. Hope to hear you everyday again soon.

Hi Moby! Greetings from Santa Cruz, CA. I used to listen to you every morning way back when in Houston. No one else could get my "lazy a** out of bed" like you. I still have a "Moby and John" keychain I received at a promo you were doing one night at a club. I lost touch with your career after you left Texas, and soon after I left for the west coast. It was good to find this website today and get caught up a bit. My prayers go out to Jonah. You've raised a great son. Makes me feel old though, because the last I remember he was an infant :-} If you ever get back on a station with live webcasts, let me know! (and keep your hands out of the lion's mouth next time - Ouch!)

I returned after 7 years of serving my country only to find that you were released from 101.5 in Georgia! If the reason why is what my father told me, then that radio station is being run by an idiot. Now I am living in Tennessee and only wish I could hear your morning show that I liked so much before leaving for the U.S. Army. If you have a morning show, please let me know what I can do to hear your show.

I'm moving to Colorado soon, but will stay in touch through this website (many, many thanks, Linda - if you ever need a hand with this, just let me know) and hope to hear good news soon! Can't wait for the MobyStore to open - I have 1 CD, but not the other. Moby, I'll miss you more than you'll ever know, since I won't be close to you any longer......... but you'll always be in my heart, "cousin"! I'll check back often. Take care!

Just wanted to say Hi Moby and tell you how much I enjoyed listening to you last week. I have been listening to the Athens station since I moved to Canton Ga six months ago. Prior to that I listened to you every morning on 101.5 and then on 96 rock. The day you left 96 rock I turned off the radio. But like I said after moving farther north I found Tim & Shana and then what a wonderful surprise to hear you all last week. Please keep us up to date where to find you next! There is nothing like a Moby in the Morning show to start my day! Yeah Baby!

Thank You Moby for coming to WNGC last week. You are so much better than that fake accented lady on their show. I think you should replace her!!!! She gets on my nerves!!!! I really enjoyed Moby on WNGC! It was great to catch up. But I'm really concerned that the Navy is taking small children... in my mind, Jonah isn't more than 11 or 12 (like he was the last time I saw him). If Jonah is old enough to enlist, I'm really old! May God keep him out of harms way.

It's great to hear you on country radio. Makes my drive into work a better place. No knocking Tim and Shana, I've been listening since your departure and I've enjoyed it. You came to Atlanta the year my wife and I married, just after Desert Storm. At a real low juncture during a morning ride in you played John Berry's "Blessed Assurance" when I needed that. I hope there's a spot for you at 106.1 but if not this week has been a blessing. Thanks, because you DO care. The others will never get it, but you'd enjoy the e-mail I got from Jim after your mysterious departure. Calls a spade a spade. Anyway, I've enjoyed the ride this week. Check 6 pal, Bravo Zulu.

Hi, Moby, It's great to hear you back on the radio. Athens 106.1 comes in loud and clear on Sigman Road, but as soon as I get on the expressway the interference is too bad to keep listening. Hearing Larry Munson's voice, I realized that listening to you from Athens was going to require great patience having to put up with all that Dawg fan hooplah. But, in any case, being able to hear you again will make it worth while. I love your new web page. Congratulations again and I hope your back on the air permanently this time. Love ya, Yeah Baby.

Moby I came to Atlanta about 11 years ago and got hooked on your show who I have since banned since you got the unfair shaft. I know alot of people have since quit listing to that station they lost alot when they pulled your plug. i DIDN'T ALWAYS AGREEwith what you said but as the constituation states freedom of speech but I quess that they didn't read that part but anyway I think of you and your family often expecially Jona your son and hope all is going well for him and know that alot of people feel like you are a part of their family as I do and wish you and yours the best of 2004 and to keep Atlanta's in your thoughts you opened our hearts and eyes about alot of things. I pray for you and hope to continue to hear how you are doing. My daughter sent this e-mail to me because she knows how much I enjoyed your show and your comments they were sincere and you shall be missed forever your loyal fan. Shirely p.s. your looking great and your weight loose is working I have actually been with Atkins and lost about 35lbs. and my husband 50 so keep up the good work .

First Crossville TN, now Athens. We may have to start calling you "Mobile Moby!" I also remember the billboards announcing your arrival to Atlanta. Ever since twiddle-dee & twiddle-dum took over at KICKS and you later went on to being the highest paid traffic reporter in the country, Atlanta's morning radio has been so bad I had to take a job working second shift just so I wouldn't be awake to even tune in! Now I'm having trouble getting up early enough to listen in on the web. :-( (I STILL miss hearing "Chunks of Fun.")

Great to hear your friendly, funny self on the radio again. My grandfather was born in Jasper and worked as a typesetter at the Rockwood Times in 1917. He joined the Army at a recruitment drive in Rockwood, went to France and never returned to Tennessee. After the war, he met and married my grandmother in Atlanta. He died there from war wounds shortly after my father was born in 1920. Hope you make it back to radio in Atlanta, but if not, we'll keep up with you on the Internet.

Moby, We really miss you in the mornings. You made my day, many times. I hope you will be able to dj around atlanta again soon so I can listen to you again. Will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Tammy and family
