By the way I forgot to add one thing to my message.YEAH BABY

Moby, I never thought to open your Moby in the morning web site. I have been so upset with Kicks, I know they have getting a e-mail from me. But like you said everyone is entitled to their opinion and I certainly gave them mine. I cannot wait to see where you are going to be. I truly hope it is Atlanta. The loss belongs to Kicks. You just really do not know how many people were affected and upset with what happened. The morning show is not and never will be the same. I is terrible. It is such a pretense it is unbelievable. I have eye surgery and could not watch TV for two weeks and guess what I couldn't listen to the morning show either. I called Kicks one morning just after the article appeared in the AJC and asked Bill Cellars assistant if he didn't think the song was a little bit too country for their station. They speak out of both sides of their mouth. So much for that. Just hurry and come back we are all waiting with baited breath. Also, I am so glad you had someone like Marybeth by your side during all this. You do know the good Lord takes care of us and he certainly looking out for you. Where ever you go or whatever you do, I know you will be a huge success. You are always NUMBER ONE IN OUR BOOK. I have heard so many people say that. Also remember WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. Kicks will never be number one again. We love you to the STARS AND BACK AGAIN  Faye Busenlehner

Dear Faye,
Yeah baby back at you.  I really thank you for both your emails.  We're going to bed now, and I've just printed your first one to take up to Mary Beth to read. I'm so blessed to have had her at my side during this, and I'm also
doubly blessed because I've had wonderful folks like you behind me. Late next week, check the website to see the latest news. I do hope you, and those like you are pleased with it.  I truly think the brightest days of my career are still ahead of me.  YEAH BABY!!!!! & God bless you.

I too left Kicks when you did.  I explained my departure in an e-mail to Kicks Management. I told them I didn't think I'd ever be back. Mr. Sansone, surprisingly, responded to my e-mail.  A very nice note, full of holes and little real insight. You, Jim, Deborah and finally Jill (what a tremendous combo) made my ride each morning in from nearly
Alabama a pleasure.  I've been miserable since.  Listening to talk radio (can't believe I'm saying that!!).  Good luck wherever you land!  Hope it's country, but, if not, I'll just have to adjust!!!  The best of everything to you and your family.  Yeah Baby!

Dear Patsy,
Those are very sweet words and I thank you for them.  I hope I'll be stealing you back from talk radio in the next few weeks.

Yeah baby,

I made a decision to never listen to "that" station again, and I have not.
Since old Ruby Dubie's (sic) program is also controlled by the same station,
I quit listening to it as well.  Now is Peach or Randy and Spill.
Can't wait for you to land and bring some excitement back into radio.

Kind of you to say.

Are you the same Moby that I grew up listening to on 97Rock and 101 KLOL? If so, let me say that I remember many a morning laughing like hell on the way to school. I left Houston in the late 80's for collage and now I'm back...There is a vacuum here in the radio that Moby should come back and fill...please somebody tell me if I have the right guy here so I don't keep going on like a asshole...

Thanx

Lonny...aka Almost Human

That’s me!!!

It tickles me that you remember.  Man,  that was some good radio.

Yeah baby,

Sure will! When I first started listening to you back in 1993, I believe, I thought you were the most annoying person, but Rhubarb was goofy and I preferred the annoying over the goofy.  Then you kinda grew on me - like fungus! - but a good fungus!  Then I could not start my day without ya!  My mornings were not the same when I could not have Moby in the truck with me!  I laughed with you, cried with you, agreed with you and disagreed with you, but I enjoyed your show.  Since you have left KICKS I have quit listening to them.  I miss ya terribly and I can't wait to hear your voice over the airwaves again!

 A Loyal Fan!

Moby, I have been a listener since the day that your show was broadcast on my local station in Clarksburg, WV (WKKW). When you went off the air here, I still listened, when I could, to your show on the Internet. I too went through some changes in the last few months. The company that I work for more that 10 years decided that they did not need my level of management anymore. The stress and uncertainty was tough over the last four months, but I'm happy to say that I just received and accepted a new career. This time in my life has made me a better; husband, father, son, and brother. You too will come out of this time better. Keep your faith and stay positive, as this appears to be coming to a new chapter in your life as well. From a listener in WV, Yea Baby!

Dear Mark,

I remember quite well & sincerely miss the wonderful listeners we had all over the Moby in the Morning network.  Just keep checking my web site for more details as I can give them to you.

Yeah baby,

Moby, I just wanted to share this with you.  My daughter (7yo) is a huge Toby Keith fan, according to her, his #1 fan.  We have been in a tight situation money wise, so I explained to her we would have to try and win tickets off of Kicks.  She started to cry, "mom I don't think we should listen to kicks anymore, what they did with Moby wasn't right." Therefore, we did not go see Toby.  Anyway, I moved to Atlanta just prior to you coming onto the morning show, I have been a huge fan of yours, and hope to here you on the radio again soon.  I am just glad that my daughter and I finally got to meet you and get our pictures with you at the festival of trees last December.  My sister worked at the PT office you were going to for your shoulder, she said you made comment to them not renewing your contract.  I am really sorry and miss riding to work with you.  It is strange to say, but you had been a part of my daily routine 3 years longer than my daughter, I kind feel like I know you.  Hope this message finds you doing well.
Love Jo

Thank you, and please give my love to your daughter.  I hope hat I'll have the chance to wake you guys up again soon.  Those are certainly my prayers.
All the best,
MOBY

Moby:  Just wanted to let you know that you have 3 more loyal fans, who really miss hearing you on the radio!  Both my children, Jake age 10 and April, age 6 1/2 have been listening to you since they were born.  I was at the Stone Mountain celebration when you initially came and have been listening ever since.  You've been an important part of our lives and made more of an impact than you realize.  I also share joint custody with my ex-husband and I credit part of the success of this arrangement to the many feelings you shared with your listeners on the air.  I was listening --- your words may a big impact and I read the material you recommended.  Thank you!  You, Mary Beth, and Jonas will remain in our thoughts and prayers!  We hope to hear you on the radio again real soon .... even if it isn't country, we'll be listening.

Rhonda,
During the dark days of my life (i.e. the divorce) I depended on the radio family to pull me through.  It was like group therapy during some parts of the show in those days. Thank you so much for hanging in with me during that, and proving we were the radio family I always knew we were.
Yeah baby,

omg...I am so shocked to find Moby! I use to listen to him every morning when I would get ready for school on Dallas radio 97.1 kegl! I use to record moby in the morning and then edit the tape into my favorite bits, clips and songs. I had a "BEST OF MOBY IN THE MORNING" tape that finally got lost a few years back...and I was just sitting here remembering my youth and some of the hysterical moments listening to Mr. Moby. I decided to do a look on the net to see if I could find a fan site or something....and here is his very own .com! I didn't even know moby was
still around anywhere on air. I hate that I found him right after his departure from his previous job...but GOD I LOVE MOBY!!! I would love to hear what he has done since he left us in Dallas. If anyone knows how I can get in touch with Moby at all...even if just to send him a fan letter...please....let me know.  Moby...if you see this...man...I can
not even express to you how much love I have in my heart for you from my time as a youth listening to you make me laugh every morning....and I will never forget winning my moby mug and getting to meet you for the first time. I would love the chance to converse with you just once....I hope you and your family are doing well and I hope that you will always be blessed!

Much love,
Steve

Dear Steve,

What a great way to begin my Saturday morning. Thank you for your kind email. I would have loved hearing your "best of" tape. Shame it got lost.  Then again, you'd think I should have saved some of that stuff, wouldn't you? Anyway, you made me feel good this morning, and you more than deserved a response.  We're all fine in Georgia.
In this period of transition, I almost ended up back in Dallas. (There were talks), but I've been here over 11 years, and really didn't want to move.  Remember my 2 year old son? He's a 6'3" 17 year old now, and a high school senior. My wife that I had in Dallas is now an ex, and I'm happy as a lark with number 3, Mary Beth. See her beautiful picture on the web page.

Thanks again for you well-received words on this rainy Saturday in Georgia.

All the best,
Yeah baby,

Moby,

I began listening to country when a friend of mine told me about you when we started to see the "Moby's Coming" signs around Atlanta all those years ago.  I have to admit that through the good times and the bad that I have always found comfort when I listen to your show.  I would sometimes go through changes in my life and based upon the girl
that I was dating I would change stations, but never ever in the morning.  I may have been hip-hop with the girlfriend in the afternoon, but I was pure country in the morning.  Having you gone as left a void. I have not listened to Kicks since I read about the situation in the AJC.  I hope to hear you on soon!  I would love to see a petition drive
to have the person that caused you such grief see how much you were loved.  Perhaps the ratings will be enough, but I doubt it since sponsors and money drive radio stations now days.

I hope to be back soon.  I do hope you'll listen.
Yeah baby,
MOBY

Moby, Greeting from Dahlonega GA!!  You are so missed every morning as I drive to work!  I can't begin to tell you how many mornings you touched my life by your songs and the poems that you read.  I hope you stay in Georgia. Please keep us updated.  Miss you!  Michele

Dear Michele,

I miss you guys too.  I'm gonna land on Atlanta radio again. I just know it. Would you still listen if it wasn't country music?
