I still miss being able to wake up with you and ride to work with you in the morning.
It's so great to be able to listen to you in the mornings again!! I can get your show on The Bear since we are in Jonesboro. Even my husband has reverted back to listening to radio instead of CDs in the mornings on his commute. Says he loses the station just before he gets to work in downtown Atlanta. Good luck!!
Just checking to see how you are doing. Haven't heard anything about you in a while. Glad to see that you're doing ok.
Moby, I would like to wish you all the luck in the world in your new endeavors. May GOD richly bless you and your family.
Moby I'm a 16 year veteran of the Spalding County Fire Dept. I want to thank you for your continued support of all emergency services personnel. I'd also like to ask you to keep Captain David Smith in your prayers. He was badly injured in a fire back in August. Capt. Smith and his family needs all our prayers as he continues to recover from his injuries. Thank You; Jeff Chambers PS: Thanks for making morning radio fun to listen too again.
Hi Mr Moby: I am going to try 92.5 in the morning. I sure hope I can get it. I miss listening to you on the ride in and at work.
Hi, Mr. Moby. (And hello fellow native Atlantans, if you're reading this. Joyce and I are living in the hinterlands of Pasadena, TX, just outside Houston.) I hope we can hear Moby in the Morning in the Houston area soon in the Houston area now that you're getting syndicated. I run into Houstonians who remember Mr. Moby on "that Rock station" who would love to hear you're brand of down-home broadcasting that we enjoyed when we were still in Atlanta.
GUYS! Okay, I -need- to know what the song title was for the Toyota commercial a couple years back... the one that was all 'you belong outside'... I need the song! WHAT IS IT?!
I love your web page. I can't wait until you have your own radio show. It will be so nice for folks like myself too be able to call and talk to you about situations, like, a death in the family. May God continue to bless you and Mary Beth. What month was the baby girl born? She sure is pretty. Take care and I will write again soon. Respectfully submitted, Mary Ann Hembree (GCIC) at GBI.
Hi Moby, what a coincidence. Haven't check your web page in quite awhile, and today the 22nd, it looks like its just been updated. I'll try 92.5 in the morning and see if I can get you. X your fingers!!
Glad to have you back on the air down here on the Southside. Yeah Baby!!!
OH my Gosh!! You have lost so much weight. You look fabulous. Please hurry back to my dash. I am so bored with the radio stations in Atlanta now. Let me know if there is anything I can do to get you on my radio sooner. Thanks, Wanda
Yeah baby! Moby, glad to see you still working! Also glad to see you're still in Georgia. Keep it going....
Hey you!!! I was wondering where you have been!! Are you currently on 92.5 mon-fri 6-10??? Good luck to ya and if ya need a sidekick...let me know!!! Tressa Ash
Good morning peaches! This is your biggest fan, Carrie. Just checking up on you to see how the new Moby station is doing. I really miss you, still love ya lots. Hope your family is doing well. I think Gracie is really cute, if you need a babysitter, call me. Love, Carrie Yeah baby!
I've been a Moby fan for many, many years. I've always enjoyed his show because I have the same views he has on most issues. I was very sorry to lose him in Atlanta. I hope I'll be able to pick up his show again soon. Please keep me on the mailing list. Thanks.

I really miss your morning show and you! I have been a listener for the last fews years and have lived, loved, cried, laughed, celebrated new lives, mourned those that have passed on, and felt like part of the moby family! Looking forward to you new radio show with very much enthusiasm and excitement. I haven't listen to KICKS since you left some thing arent the same when what and who you are use to is gone. YEAH BABY!!! Welcome back
I almost ran off the road this morning when I heard your familiar voice! I am so glad to have you as a part of our family again!
Yeah Baby! Just wanted to let you know how much your program inspires my family. The other morning I was driving my 14 year old son to school and didn't have the radio on 105.7(not my fault)and he said we got to start our morning with Moby! I laughed. With all jokes aside I want to let you know that no matter what you say in the morning you are an inspiration! I hope you are continued to be blessed in expanding your voice across the country! If you read this e-mail I would like to request for you to play a song for my Dad that lives in Hinesville, Ga. He will celebrate his 74th birthday on August 27. Thanks again for your service to the community. Sincerly: Genoyn Cagley Harriman, Tn.
I am sincerely glad you are back!! God Bless you and your family!
Moby, Well I listen to you on the way to the Sunbright every morning from 5:00 in the morning to 6:00 to 6:30 every morning on my drive. It really helps since my daughter can't be with me this year. She has graduated and is now going to college and that drive from Crossville to Sunbright every morning is getting sweeter since I have you to listen to, even though your not a complete replacement of my daughters companionship. Your friendly voice dooooo hepol my drive more enjoyable. So when my students come in I feel ready to meet and greet them with a smile. Love you always, Sis Whitson Bradshaw
I really miss hearing on my way to work eeryday. My kids often ask about you and if you are still on the radio

Moby, I love listening to you in the mornings. Please play a song for my son--Michael Smith--he is a Cumberland Co. graduate and is now a Chemistry teacher @ Coalfield High School in Morgan Co. TN. His birthday is Aug. 22, I do not care what you play, just something to let him know that his mom and dad love him very much and we are so proud of him. He is a fine young man with a lovely wife Leslie and a sweet daughter 2yrs. old--Anna Elizabeth. He loves kids and loves teaching school. He puts his whole heart and soul in his kids at Coalfield. Thank You so much, We love you Moby!! Mary from Crossville
can hardly wait for you to be back on the air god bless you moby yeah baby
Moby, Thank you for sending me the copy of the small town soapbox. I gave a copy to my 12 year old daughter to read. She said she agreed but didn't think God would want us to fight over it. We talked a little and she got the idea to write a letter. She will be sending it to Congress and the President. She won't be fighting but standing for what she believes. Not old enough to vote but making a stand, she's old enough to get involved and if she is involved now maybe she will stay involved. Thanks, Debbie Rockwood, TN
Moby, Could you e mail me the letter you read on the soapbox this morning. I think that is is one to make the rounds. God has alot to do with this country and most people feel this. It is just the minority that is making all the noise and as they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. It is time for the majority to stand up and be counted. Thank you, Debbie Musser [email protected]
I really miss your morning show and you! I have been a listener for the last fews years and have lived, loved, cried, laughed, celebrated new lives, mourned those that have passed on, and felt like part of the moby family! Looking forward to you new radio show with very much enthusiasm and excitement. The sooner you are back on the air the better the air waves will be. Good luck in all you do and just remember you have FAMILY standing behind you and we LOVE you!! Cathy Brown, Woodstock

Hi just wanted to sign your book...Thanks for the howdy to our family.. PROUD USMC WIFE!!!!
Can't believe you left 101. What happen with you on Z93? Morning radio is not the same anymore. Hope you can get on the radio soon. Who is Dave? This town needs somebody like you on the radio in the A.M. Good luck...I hope you can get on Atlanta radio soon. My two hour commute in the morning is not the same without Moby. Thanks, Jeff Wright Rutledge, Georgia
I remember Moby way back when he was on KLOL in Houston. He had a couple of folks helped him out, one was Hannah Storm, Jon Matthews & Lany Grittith. Hannah Strom is now a big wheel on NBC Television. Lany Grittith is still a traffic guy in Houston. Jon Matthews turned consertative radio talk show host in Houston, he also just got sentenced for exposing himself to an 11 year old girl. Guess one out of three moving up is good. Thanks to Moby for all of the good time, chat and music I enjoyed. Good luck on the new station.
Dear Moby: PLEASE hurry up & get on my radio real soon! Atlanta Radio has gone to pot since your dismissal from Kicks! We usually listen to South 107 now or OCCASSIONLY to Eagle! Can't stand WHINING JILL or BOYISH Bandy & Bailey! Can hardly wait till "Our Old Pal" is back on!! WE MISS YOU! Duane & Grace Yates

HOT DAMN, HE'S BACK!!! Just heard about your new radio adventures and radio home. Will tune you in tomorrow morning. Welcome Back, Tim
cant believe I found this. Moby in the Morning from Houston, 1986 Santa Moby, you are so good and good luck and congratulations to your son, God Bless, it was a blessing to find you finally
Do you have a date in mind for your grand opening of your new station ? Hope to hear from ya soon..
Hey Moby! I listened to you in the 80s in Houston and have missed you ever since. (I even called a joke into you one day, but - of course - you already knew it.) I miss the songs by Mobility (like the postman song). Is there a collection somewhere? Maybe I need to just stop and scope out this site a little more before I ask. ;) Take care, and if they don't like your southern drawl there - we'll sure take you back here. *hugs* And OLD OLD OLD fan
Moby, My husband & I moved to Atlanta in 1994. We enjoyed your show while we were there. When we left in 1995, we missed your show terribly! We moved all over the country but have finally settled back home in NC. Last week my husband, Ken, was looking on the internet for you and when he found the station, he emailed me the link immediately and now we are faithful morning listeners again! Thank you for continuing to want to share your life and talent with the world! You are so talented, honest, and wide open! Yeah Baby!
Great to here you in Crossville again, when I was a kid in the bowman loop community in Crossville your boxer came to our farm my dad told you were a radio DJ ever since I have been a fan. You came out got your dog and cracked us up with your humor, my dad and mom always enjoyed you, hopefully my son as well will always be fan. Rick Stewart
I am so excited. I can't wait to be able to listen to Moby on my radio again. I will keep checking with this site to find out when I will be able to do that. Yeah Baby!!!!!!
Moby: We heard your "soapbox" this morning re The Dixie Chicks, Linda Ronstadt and Whoopi Goldberg. We couldn't agree with you more! Keep it up. When we hear the Dixie Chicks on 105.7, we immediately change stations. This is not good for you or your sponsers as we may stick to the other station until we remember to switch back.
Just read about the "format change" at Z93 to Dave FM. What a joke. As much as I miss you, Z wasn't smart enough to make the proper "format change" while they had the best looking, most gentle giant of a DJ in the world. Miss ya Moby!!
Moby, you may not remember me, I bought my property from Earl Byers in Pleasant Hill, and built a B&B.....remember??? I was so proud to hear you again on 105.7 on my way to work! Come and visit.
I first heard you DJing the morning show on 97.1 the KEGL in Dallas/Ft Worth in the 87-90 timeframe. The show was always entertaining. I remember you harrassing Dibble, "The Scotsman Song" and many others. After you moved on I heard you in Hot Springs Arkansas and later in Georgia. Keep up the good work.
Moby, you use to play home grown tomato on your show, were can i find this song. we miss you come back soon
Sitting here at work and said to my self, wonder what Moby is doing, so I dash off to his web site and am proud to hear he will soon be coming back to us! Hope family is doing well and I can't wait to hear about Jonah! I am sure he is making us all proud! Darlene Carter Cartersville, GA
Hey Moby, Glad to see that you have got your studio built. I see that you mentioned an affiliate that has a link to your morning show but what is the link. SGT Jim Zajc Fort Bragg, NC
Moby, I sure wish you could put me in contact with someone from Ranger or Eastland County Texas. I'm having a hard time finding out any information on a place to live where I can take my two dogs. You know I can't live without my dogs. They are my family and I won't leave them behind. I plan to return to college but, probably not this fall. I'd tell you more but, I better save that for later. I'm sure some country folk would understand what kind of place I would need where I can keep my family together.
Hey Moby, Just found web sight and pictures of and family. Awesome!!!! You and Ms. Bonnie look great. She loves and talks about you and family with pride and lots of love. She is the most wonderful, kind, sweet and southern lady I have had the privilege of knowing and loving. Wonderful radio station. I bought a radio just to listen to "Moby in the Morning." Glad you liked the candy. I gave her a fresh supply last night. Yeah Baby. Blessing, Gloria
Hi Moby. Hope all is going well for you and yours and that Jonah remains healthy and safe. I am very interested to know about your new baby girl. Please keep in touch. Kindest Regards Kathy Feldt PS....Kudos from my brother, Thomas Puckett

Happy Independence Day, Moby! I know this is one of, if not the most, favorite of holidays! I hope Jonah is well, and that Mary Beth and Grace are doing great! Just wishing you were broadcasting from somewhere today, so that we could celebrate July 4th together - but we are together in spirit! Love ya! Yeah baby -- Cousin Gina
Moby, Finally found you. I am a chaplain for the USAF reserves, live in IL and have my office in ATL. Currently deployed to Charleston,SC, and have finally found you. Missed hearing you , but am grateful for all you do for God and country. Keep reminding us, we need it! Blessings Keith
Hey Moby, The gang miss you at the Silver Skillet, Hope things are going well for you. Bless your heart and show them how it is done.
Moby, I just read the news on your website. This is the best news that I have heard in a long time. It is about time that you got back to us on the air waves. Your "Too Southern" silver tones have been missed very much. Can't wait to hear you again. Will be keeping tabs on your site more closely for the start date. YEAH BABY, PEACHES.
Just wanted to say a big hello from Hogansville,Ga.Sure hope to be able to hear you from down here.Good luck with every thing. Take Care Tonita
Just to let you know my whole family has been awating your return..Its finally happened and we'll be listening everyday..........
Cousin Moby - Are you going to be on any of the north-eastern stations, like Jasper, Ellijay, Dalton, Rome, etc? I know you told me before "south of Atlanta" - but is anything brewing up this way?? I sure hope so!!!! Hope all is well with you and yours!!!
AWSOME!
I am so glad to see things are going well for you.
Moby, Northern Arkansas and southern Missouri needs to know what it's like to hear you. I just know Joe Sullivan (remember him from your Nashville days and who he used to manage?) here in Branson would go out of his way to see to it that your on the air here. THESE OZARK HILLBILLIES WOULD TAKE TO YOU LIKE A FLEA ON A HOUNDOG!!! TIM
This is exactly what I envisioned months ago. Thanks be to God for allowing this to happen. When you do the right thing for the right reasons, your blessings will be abundant. God Bless you Mr. Moby, I can't wait until you're part of my mornings once again. Oh, how I've missed you. Take care and may God's blessing continue to be bestowed upon you.
Moby, you always have been and forever will always be the BEST person in all of radio-land! I'm looking forward to hearing your voice again, and even looking forward to you making me cry with those sweet things you always say and do that are so unexpected. I love ya Moby!!
Hi Moby! Yes, I still think of you and our 97 Rock days often. I saw a local Houston headline today and it made me think of you so I did a search and saw your new website. I had heard that you were no longer in Atlanta, and I guess that happened just before I last looked you up on the internet. I even saw an original 97 Rock bumper sticker on an ancient Toyota Saturday morning -- "97 fm Rocks", the predecessor of the "97 Rock" stickers. Commercial radio here really sucks, so I don't know much of what's going on with different radio personalities in Houston anymore. Thank goodness for CDs & satellite radio. We still hear Bob Ford whenever we go to an Astros game (the voice of the Astros at home!) and if I turn on Channel 8, Houston's public TV station. Hope all is going well with you in Roswell, GA. Things are still good here, in Houston, too. I had worked for Enron for 14 years before it collapsed, but am now working for a great company, Kinder Morgan, that was the original Enron spin-off company back in 1996 or 1997. Saw your posted poem about Jonah being in the military. Hope he stays safe. I do still think of you and Bill Moffett (hear him in commercials all the time, too!) every year when August 6 comes around -- the birthday of your sons and me!! Take care of yourself and get it touch if you can. Linda Lannom
Hey Peaches! I do miss hearing you in the morning since we left Atlanta- wish you were in Northwest Arkansas. The country radio stations here are SAM 98 and KIX 104. Hope they'll "gitcha" in the morning! They NEED you Moby!
Cousin - I just KNEW I wouldn't lose you! I'm breathless for the "start date" - please don't keep us waiting for longer than you have to!!! I'm sorely missin' you, but sending you yucks along the way! Can't wait to hear my next "official" YEAH BABY! Cousin Gina xoxoxox to you & yours!
Moby, I want to thank you for the support and encourgement you give the armed forces. They are doing a great job for this country. I am proud of all the kids that have decided to serve US (the people of the United States) It has nothing to do with the fact that I am the mother of 3 United States Army soldiers. 2 sons and a daughter. Please keep up the good work and keep showing the kids we Love and Respect thier decisions
Hi Jim! I was one of your biggest fans back in the days of 97 Rock in Houston! Needed to see if I could possibly get the words to "Texas Bitch"? Great to know you're still on-air! You were part of the inspiration for this former high school journalism student to go into radio herself!
All Access is reporting that former Kicks morning icon Moby has teamed up with former Kicks PD Neil McGinley to syndicate Moby's morning show in small and medium markets. The show is being called "The Biggest Small Town in America."

Hello Moby: We loved listening to you in Atlanta while we were there - when we moved to Mississippi, we heard you for a little while - then I guess the radio station lost its syndication link with you - anyway, we miss you!!! Especially, we miss your Scotsman song on Friday mornings. Any chance I can get a copy - being part of the Campbell Clan, I would like to share this with some of the Clan!! Also, let me know if they syndicate you back over to Mississippi!! Many thanks & have a blessed day! Doris
Moby, I listened to you for years onkicks101.5, When you left so did I. Just keep doing your thing and please keep us listners informed when you move to another station. And I too think your soon will be alot better person and alot wiser with the descion to go into the navy. LOYAL LISTENER Rick Smith
Hey Mr. Moby, Greetings from Fort Bragg NC. I will be listening to 105.7 on the internet tomorrow morning. I hope to see you back in Atlanta someday. God Bless SGT Zajc
I have enjoyed listening to you from your first day in Atlanta. I am so glad you have this web site. Thank you for the laughs and tears.

Moby: Talked with you at the Roswell Memorial Day program and was pleased to hear that you are going to be on the air again in Atlanta. Hope to be listening to you soon.
Hey Moby just a note to say that your fans in Atlanta Georgia still remember you and love you still. Hope everything in Tennessee is going well. Since you left country I've turned to jazz. My twin girls actually like it. But our hearts will always be country. Waking up in the mornings is difficult since you left. No ones since of humor matches yours. Take care and God Bless you and yours. Melissa Smoot
Hello Mr. Moby. I am glad I found you on the internet. I live in West Virginia and I am glad I can now listen to you courtesy of internet. God Bless! Zabrina.
Yeah Baby! I have thought about you often in the last year since you left 93 here in Atlanta. I remember on Kicks you talked about your past as a Rock DJ then when you switched you said you were happy to be back at Rock. I have been a fan since your first day at Kicks and I think you were ONE HELL OF A GREAT COUNTRY DJ and I am so glad to see you back at it. you have alot of fans here who still miss you and try very hard to listen when they can (thank God for the internet). Moby, you are an Angel to many and you will probably never know the impact you have had on so many lives. I remember once you asked listeners to turn their car headlights on in memory of a slain police officer, and I did but I also noticed that many of the cars on the other side of the highway did the same. I aplolgize for the long message but I am excited to be able to tell you how much you mean to your many fans and you are greatly missed. I am blessed to have a great person like you in my life. Oh, Just one last thought (or memory) I remember when Jonah started the 6th grade and you were nervous because he was growing too fast and you felt like you were loosing your baby, You may have lost the baby but you now have a man to stand beside you and it is great to see the influences you gave grow out of the shell of that little boy.
Hey Moby, Hope things are well with you and your new Job. I was excited to see you had a website.I will make sure to visit more often. Oh and I have a question for you. Can you come to my Block Party--Saturday June 19th at 2:30pm-5:00? The party is Pres. Bush.
Yes, I should have looked at your photo album first. On my God! Jonah is in the navy and the poem that Linda Ellis wrote is beautiful and made me feel tearful. And now you all have a beautiful little girl. How wonderful! I met you and your wife first at the Blue Ribbon fair and then at the St. Patrick's Day parade on Peachtree. And I am sorry, but I cannot remember her name and what is your litte girl's name.
I have been wondering where you are and when I put in what I was hoping was your web address = Behold! You must be near your home town (I have forgotten the name) or maybe you are living there. I hope to see Jonah's picture in your photo album. He must be grown up now. Do you have a new baby?

its about time to get you back on the air, Pop from the buckboard told me you were back o'course he couldnt remember where, he calls me mobaleta, i work with him, im afraid when i heard you on the last, i told myself, you were going to be in trouble again, but damn, couldnt they just duct tape you a while, then let you back on, (freedom of speech) is WHAT?, GOT TO GO GLAD YOU ARE BACK
Moby, What happen to you? The last I heard of you, you got bit or something by some type of cat, then the next thing I knew you were history. Are you still on the radio? If so which station, just want you to know that I enjoyed listening to you and I hope to be able to here you again sometimes in the future. Waiting to here from you, if I don't I will assume you are dead. Prove me wrong. Reuben Prophett
